This continuing education learning activity will provide an evidence-based update on the best practices for Massage Therapists to incorporate into their assessment and treatment approaches for non-specific shoulder pain and for lateral epicondylalgia.  The format will include facilitator presentation of skills to find the published research evidence, an expert summary of the available research evidence of relevance to RMTs and discussion of its impact on obtaining and measuring successful outcomes in our work.  The interactive World Café Model will be used to “mine” the collective experience and expertise of the workshop participants and effective skills for best practice will be shared in a “hands on” demonstration and practice format.  Participants will be shown where to access downloadable outcome measures and given practical articles and resources.
